Access Air Conditioning Pty Ltd has a team of trained staff and tradesman, who will guide you through the process of correctly sizing, installing and maintaining your air conditioning system. We, at Access Air Conditioning, guarantee throughout your dealings with us to commit to the following:-

• From first contact, to supply the client with a quotation date, with the client then contacted the day before, to confirm a suitable time. Our qualified tradesman to keep this time or contact you prior, to inform of any delay.

• All quotes to be discussed with the client in full and submitted at time of measure.

• Upon acceptance of our quotation, Access Air Conditioning will confirm a mutually acceptable time for installation. Again, the customer will be contacted the day before as a reminder service.

• Our team of tradesman will arrive punctually, dressed professionally and take pride in all their work, using drop sheets and working as cleanly as possible during the installation process.

• Our staff and tradesman will be courteous and efficient in all dealings with our customers.

• Upon completion of the installation, Access Air Conditioning will ensure the unit/system is in excellent working order, programmed and will provide the customer with a basic understanding of the operating instructions before we leave the premises.

• As part of our service to our customers, we will send a reminder, annually, offering a maintenance program, which can be carried out at the customer’s convenience.

• Our friendly staff will ensure all your questions are answered professionally and if technical support is required that the customer can access this promptly.
