Maintenance procedures

As part of our service to you and by the recommendation of the manufacturer, we offer an annual maintenance program whereby one of our technicians will carry out a full service of your air conditioning system. This is to ensure your system is running to its full capacity for the life of the unit.

Included in this program, the technician attends to:

• filter cleaning

• indoor unit dismantled and washed including all surrounding grills

• coils cleaned with pressure pump and clear drain

• tightening of electrical connections carried out with visual inspection

• check supply air temperature and return air temperature to ensure gas pressure levels are correct.
   

		dismantling of indoor unit and
		filters removed for thorough cleaning
		Checking and tightening of electrical connections
		both on the indoor unit and the outdoor unit
		steam cleaning of indoor coils as required
		cleaning of outdoor coils
		supply and return air temperature check, to ensure gas levels are adequate
