I would like to comment on the professional friendly service we received from your serviceman.  They went out of their way to help solve the problem and did so in such a pleasant manner it is so refreshing to know that in this day and age and they are still companies that offer good old fashioned service.

When requested Access promptly responded in person to provide a detailed written quote to install a small air con unit  in an upstairs bedroom. The base quote was approximately as advised over the phone and there were some additional items which were detailed, wall bracket instead of ground mounting etc. The installer and his capable assistant arrived the next day precisely on time and the job was completed neatly and professionally. Special care was taken to clean up and I was impressed with the standard of work.

I had one unit installed recently and the guys who carried out the work were amazing. They were very polite and helpful. Also the office staff provided great assistance ever since I've contacted them initially until the job was complete. Well done guys, keep up the good work! Well deserved 5 star rating
